Trial / Sample Orders

Trial and sample orders are payable 100% upfront.
Available quantity depends on material availability,
requested specification, packaging and commercial feasibility.

Standard Commercial Payment Structure

Unless different written terms are agreed for a specific transaction:
30% is payable after the order is placed and stock or supply availability
is confirmed against the Pro Forma Invoice; 40% is payable against the
Air Waybill or Bill of Lading; and the remaining 30% is payable 15 days
after arrival at the agreed destination port or destination point.

Accepted methods may include bank transfer, SEPA, eligible cryptocurrency
and credit card for approved order values. Eligible cryptocurrency
payments may receive a 2.5% discount when expressly confirmed for the
transaction.

Order-specific terms stated in a quotation, Pro Forma Invoice,
invoice, purchase agreement or other written transaction document
take precedence.
