Gallium Global GmbH uses structured payment terms for industrial orders, with separate conditions for trial and sample orders. The applicable payment schedule is confirmed in the Pro Forma Invoice or commercial quotation issued for each order.

Domestic and international bank transfer is accepted for commercial orders. Banking instructions are provided on the official Pro Forma Invoice or invoice.
AcceptedSEPA bank transfer is available for eligible euro-denominated payments within the SEPA area, subject to the payment instructions shown on the invoice.
EUR PaymentsEligible cryptocurrency payments receive a 2.5% discount on the approved invoice amount. The accepted digital asset, receiving address and payment window must be confirmed by Gallium Global before transfer.
2.5% DiscountCredit card payment may be available for orders up to a determined amount. Eligibility and transaction limits are confirmed on a case-by-case basis before payment.
Selected OrdersPayment should only be made against an official Gallium Global Pro Forma Invoice, invoice or written payment instruction that identifies the relevant order.
Customers should include the PI, invoice or order reference with the payment so funds can be matched efficiently to the correct transaction.
Any sender-side bank charges, intermediary bank fees or transfer costs should be borne by the customer unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.
Cryptocurrency should only be sent to the wallet address stated in Gallium Global's written payment instruction. Network fees are borne by the sender unless otherwise agreed.
Card limits are not universal. The maximum permitted amount is determined according to the order value, payment processing conditions and transaction review.
An order is treated as paid only when the required cleared funds are received and matched to the correct PI or invoice.

Yes. Where Gallium Global and the customer agree different payment terms in writing, the signed agreement, confirmed quotation, PI or order confirmation for that transaction takes precedence over this general policy.
