Standard Commercial Orders

Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific transaction, standard commercial orders follow the staged payment structure below after Gallium Global confirms stock or supply availability.

Important

The Pro Forma Invoice, quotation or written order confirmation issued for the transaction governs the exact commercial terms applicable to that order.

30%

Upon Order Confirmation

Thirty percent is payable after the customer places the order and Gallium Global confirms stock or supply availability.

Payment is made against the issued Pro Forma Invoice (PI).
40%

Against Air Waybill or Bill of Lading

Forty percent is payable against the applicable transport document, such as an Air Waybill for air freight or Bill of Lading for sea freight.

The applicable shipping document depends on the agreed mode of transport.
30%

After Arrival at Destination

The final thirty percent is payable fifteen days after arrival at the agreed destination port or destination point, as applicable to the shipment.

Any different due date must be expressly stated in the order confirmation or PI.
Trial & Sample Orders

100% Payment Upfront

Trial and sample orders are handled differently from standard industrial orders. Because these orders are generally smaller, availability-sensitive and prepared specifically for evaluation or development use, full payment is required before dispatch.

100%

Upfront Payment Required

All trial and sample orders must be paid in full before shipment. Trial order quantities are determined based on material availability, requested specification, packaging and the commercial feasibility of the order.

Submitting a trial request does not reserve stock until Gallium Global confirms the material and commercial terms in writing.

Stage 04

Final Balance

The remaining 30% is payable fifteen days after arrival at the agreed destination port or destination point.

Buyer Responsibilities

Before You Send Payment

For security and accurate processing, customers should verify the order documentation and payment instructions before initiating a transfer.

  • Confirm that the PI or invoice correctly identifies the customer, material, quantity, destination and agreed commercial terms.
  • Use only banking or cryptocurrency instructions provided through Gallium Global's official order documentation or verified communication channels.
  • Do not send funds to amended bank or wallet details without independently verifying the change with Gallium Global.
  • Ensure the payment reference matches the PI or invoice number.
  • For cryptocurrency, confirm the approved asset, blockchain network, wallet address and payable amount before transfer.
  • For card payments, obtain confirmation that the order value is eligible for card settlement before attempting payment.
  • Contact Gallium Global immediately if payment instructions appear inconsistent with the quotation or previous correspondence.
