Gallium Global high-purity metals quality and purity

Purity You Can Specify.

Gallium Global GmbH supports industrial and research buyers with clear material grades, specification review and available technical documentation for high-purity metals, rare earths, semiconductor materials and specialty compounds.

Our Quality Approach

Quality starts with the requirement.

For technical materials, quality is not simply a number printed beside a product name. The required grade, material form, impurity profile, analytical method, packaging and application all influence whether a material is suitable.

Gallium Global therefore treats material quality as a specification-matching process: understand the requirement, review the available material and confirm the relevant technical documentation, commercial terms and payment structure before supply.

Submit a Technical Requirement
01

Purity

Review the stated grade and nominal purity appropriate to the material and application.

02

Specification

Consider impurity limits, physical form, dimensions, particle size or other relevant parameters.

03

Documentation

Review available Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheet and other material documentation.

04

Application

Confirm that the selected material and grade match the intended technical use.

Purity Reference

Understanding N-grade notation.

“N” notation is a common shorthand for nominal purity. Each additional nine represents another order of magnitude reduction in the fraction of material outside the stated main element or compound.

Grade
Purity
Relative Scale
Reference
3N
99.9%
High-purity material
4N
99.99%
Four nines
4N5
99.995%
Intermediate grade
5N
99.999%
Five nines
6N
99.9999%
Six nines
N-grade notation is a useful purity reference, but purity alone does not determine whether a material is suitable for a specific semiconductor, optical, magnetic, metallurgical or research application. Detailed impurity limits and analytical results should be reviewed where relevant.
Beyond the Purity Number

Higher purity does not automatically mean better suitability.

Two materials with the same nominal purity can differ in impurity distribution, physical form, manufacturing route, surface condition, particle size or batch-specific analytical values.

The correct material is the one that matches the application specification—not simply the one with the highest number of nines.

01

Impurity Profile

Individual impurity limits can matter even where the total nominal purity is the same.

02

Material Form

Ingots, granules, powder, oxide, compound, foil, wire or target material may require different handling and technical specifications.

03

Analytical Method

Measurement technique and reporting basis can influence how trace impurities are documented.

04

Application Requirements

Semiconductor, optical, magnet, research and industrial applications can have different acceptance criteria.

Technical Documentation

Documentation supports informed procurement.

Documentation availability depends on the specific material, supplier and batch. Where applicable, Gallium Global can coordinate relevant material documentation as part of the quotation and supply process. Commercial documents such as the quotation, Pro Forma Invoice and order confirmation define the agreed quantity, supply conditions and payment terms for the transaction.

CoA

Certificate of Analysis

A CoA may provide batch-specific analytical values, purity information and other measured characteristics.

  • Batch-specific where applicable
  • Reported analytical values
  • Purity / impurity information
  • Material identification
Availability depends on material →
SDS

Safety Data Sheet

SDS documentation provides safety, handling, hazard and regulatory information where applicable to the supplied product.

  • Handling information
  • Storage guidance
  • Hazard communication
  • Transport information where relevant
Product dependent →
SPEC

Material Specification

Technical specifications can define the material, stated purity, physical form and other commercially agreed product requirements.

  • Grade / purity
  • Material form
  • Relevant dimensions
  • Commercial specification

Example Specification Structure

Technical data presented clearly.

Product pages and quotations can present the essential technical identifiers buyers need to evaluate a material.

The example shown here illustrates the structure only. Batch-specific impurity limits and measured analytical values must come from actual supplier or laboratory documentation.

Material Review Process

From requirement to documented supply.

01

Define Requirement

Material, grade, purity, form, quantity and application.

02

Review Specification

Compare requested parameters with available material specifications.

03

Review Documentation

Confirm available CoA, SDS and technical documentation.

04

Commercial Quote

Quote the agreed product, quantity and supply conditions.

05

Supply

Deliver according to confirmed commercial and technical terms.

Commercial Alignment

Technical approval and payment confirmation move together.

A material specification can be technically acceptable while the commercial order still requires confirmation of availability, quantity, pricing, delivery and payment. Order-specific terms are stated in the quotation, Pro Forma Invoice or written order confirmation.

30%

Order & Availability

Payable after the order is placed and Gallium Global confirms stock or supply availability against the Pro Forma Invoice.

40%

Against AWB / BL

Payable against the applicable Air Waybill or Bill of Lading, depending on the agreed transport method.

30%

After Arrival

The final balance is payable fifteen days after arrival at the agreed destination port or destination point.

100%

Trial & Sample Orders

Trial and sample orders require full upfront payment. Trial quantity depends on material availability and the requested specification.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer, SEPA transfer, eligible cryptocurrency payments and credit card payment for approved order values. Eligible cryptocurrency payments receive a 2.5% discount when confirmed for the transaction.
